Rocksteady Farm

Rock Steady Farm is a queer and trans-led multiracial worker cooperative that produces and moves tens of thousands of pounds of food per year to our regional communities and serves as a model and training ground for our immersive farmer training and support programs. Rock Steady works within, against, and beyond a broken food system to enable QTBIPOC farmers to thrive and advance food sovereignty. We used our Sky High grant to support our flagship training program, POLLINATE!, designed by and for QTBIPOC farmers. By addressing the web of barriers they face, we’re building a future in which QTBIPOC farmers can sustainably steward the land and feed their communities.
