Amy June

Amy June is an Eastern Shawnee artist, farmer, and seed keeper. Born and raised in the mid-Atlantic, she has made her home in Lawrence, KS for the past four planting seasons, co-leading Good Way Farm. Since 2021, Good Way has been providing up to 100 households with as many as 24 free seed packets each spring of dry-farmed, farm-saved seed -- for free -- mapping climate adaptations into the regional seed supply for small growers. Whenever possible, they work to ensure a seed crop plan that produces excess food which builds free CSA boxes and supports mutual aid projects for community members. Good Way was a grateful Sky High recipient in the 2024 season.
